  A few suggestions from Sony
With Mother's Day coming this Sunday, what better way to show your Mum some appreciation than staying in and picking out a movie classic to watch. Bring on Mother's Day Movies - the Amazon Prime Video collection brought to you by Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.

This seasonal promotion features a raft of great titles perfect for the big day and all titles are available on offer, for a limited time to rent or buy on Amazon Prime Video.

This Sunday 27th March is also the eve of the 94th Academy Awards so what better way to spend the day than settling down for some award-winning classics!

Film favourites available include a host of Oscar winners, like Steven Soderbergh's brilliant legal drama Erin Brockovich, featuring a stellar performance from Julia Roberts that earned her an Oscar, BAFTA, Golden Globe, and SAG award over 20 years ago!

There are more Julia Roberts favourites available to settle down and watch including the reflective Eat, Pray, Love; the ultimate rom-com My Best Friend's Wedding; and the tearjerker Stepmom, also starring a superb performance from Susan Sarandon in the role that earned her a Golden Globe nomination of her own.

There's even more award-winning drama available to watch with the zany and thoughtful The Lady In The Van starring Dame Maggie Smith - in a role that earned her a BAFTA and Golden Globe nomination. Greta Gerwig's brilliant Little Women - which garnered a whole host of award accolades including 6 Academy Award nominations, and features an impeccable ensemble cast including Saoirse Ronan, Laura Dern, Florence Pugh and Timothée Chalamet is available to watch. There is also some culinary comedy with Nora Ephron's final film Julie & Julia, showcasing charismatic performances from Meryl Streep and Amy Adams.

With a whole host of other brilliant films for you and your Mum to enjoy this Mother's Day from the Mother's Day Movies collection, you're sure to find something to watch.
