Forbidden Planet at 40 [read more]
  When (alien?) life begins
Forbidden Planet is celebrating its 40th anniversary this summer!

Founded in Denmark Street in 1978, Forbidden Planet is the best-known Brand in the pop culture business. Their Denmark Street store is remembered with huge fondness by fans and customers alike - it was one of the first stores in the UK to stock movie merchandise, and it quickly became renowned for hosting signings with some of the greatest names in comics, books and film. And for forty years, Forbidden Planet has stayed ahead of the great geek wave!

Today, they are the biggest and best-known retailer of comics, science fiction books, toys and memorabilia, and their London Megastore is the largest (and probably the most famous) cult entertainment store in the world.

And now, to celebrate their fortieth anniversary, they have a whole HOST of amazing things going on! Click the link to find out more.
